In the U.S this thingy is called Fanny Pack. 

In Germany we refer to it as Gürteltasche or Sackwärmer (slang, meaning Balls-warmer :-))

I have all sorts of those in my bin. 

I will sell my crown-jewels on the MAUERPARK-Fleemarket this SUNDAY!
